Sadly, I got into trouble by using the services of another shipping firm and despite which Mr Vimal went out of his way to counsel me on how I could track my consignment and how best I can pursue the matter and what my next course of action should be. Needless to say his suggestions were extremely helpful and comforting in moments of great stress and I am immensely appreciative of his advise and the patience and the time he gave me to help me through the problem despite not being involved. Its hard to find people who will go out of their way to help complete strangers. I will strongly recommend Metromot whenever someone needs the services of a logistics firm to ship anywhere in the world. I take this opportunity to once again thank Mr Vimal.

This to let Mr.Vimal and all those who consider availing metromot's services know as to how satisfied I am. I had to transport my two wheeler from cochin to pune and was goin to resort to railway carriage as i had no other option. Thats when i got to know about metromot. And i am beyond happy with the sevices they have provided. My bike was packed properly. I could track it till it got here. Not a single scratch or damage to the bike. and was delivered within two days. special appreciation to Mr. Vimal for all the assistance. A very satisfied customer.

I would like to acknowledge Metromot specifically Mr Vimal Chand for the excellent service I received lately. When I spoke to him, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness on his part. He guided me through all the necessary steps/documentation in detail, and upon receiving my vehicle at his warehouse, he personally supervised the packaging and the shipping. Our entire correspondence was over calls and emails, and I was provided timely status updates every time. The vehicle reached Roorkee a day ahead of the promised date. The packaging was remarkably good, and it was in top condition upon arrival.

I would like to acknowledge with gratitude the professional assistance I received from Metromot Pvt. Ltd, to transport some of my personal belongings from Kerala to my work place in Goa. Very very satisfied with the service provided by Metromot especially Mr. Vimal. We have moved between many places and have enough experience with packers and movers to say that this is the best service that I have got that too at an affordable price too. The best packing, the best followup... Usually, people do not tend to follow up after they get their money, but this was not the case with Mr. Vimal here. I thank you so much for your assistance and would definitely refer to other people.

Indeed it was a good experience with metromot logistics in getting my two packages carted to Gurugran from kochi. The procedures were made very simple due to personal intervention by Mr. Vimal. He went all out to get the packages done strong with crates. It is very difficult to find such sincere dedicated and service oriented person who is so devoted to keep his conpany' s name shining.
